Smartphone web browsing

Around 5 Mbit/s 3G network and around 10 Mbit/s Wifi did not make any difference in Galaxy S browsing because the bottleneck is the processor rather than the network speed.

Perhaps maybe you know of a better way?

It would be nice to know if the network speed has an effect in browsing speeds with better phones. Anyone care to test and share the results?

I find it to be plenty fast on my galaxy nexus with 4g. Probably the longest wait is just the initial connection, then it speeds through. Although the GN doesn't have the best antennas so as long as you have a decent connection it should be fine. Considering lte is faster than my home internet on certain things its faster to browse on it.

How fast are your LTE and Wifi?

I thought Galaxy Nexus is not rendering fast enough to be able to fully utilize LTE speeds.
