Software for ripping mp3's

What software would you recommend for ripping mp3's from CD's? I have the creative labs software that came with my Nomad and I have musicmatch. What is everyone else using?

i use a program called CDex that i downloaded off download.com
it's simple but gets the job done

I also use LAME, i think its pretty much the standard .. audiograbber is another popular one for ripping from cd's ..

Yep CDex is probably the best one around not only
for ease of use but also for feature. Uses the LAME encoder by default and
is also nice and quick.
