I programed a clients pc and he told me he and five of his friends own junkyards. He wants a real time messaging service so all the junkyards could communicate together all at once so they could check inventory at that specific yard. He also wants to control who is on the messaging service such as users , he wants to be able to boot off people if he doesn't want them on his service.
