So I have a mere 1.5 TB space on my desktop, and just now I found out that more than 80% space is filled up, and out of that 80% at least 60% are my recorded gameplay videos done by Fraps. Wonderful.

Now the thing is I don't want to delete them all, some are actually worth keeping (from a gamer's point of view), so I just want to convert them to a non-insane size. Most of them are around 20-25 GB, and some are over 30 GB! I remember using a software called Handbrake a while ago, while it does a great job of encoding it doesn't have any cut / join option, which I need actually. So is there any software available there for encoding these videos with retaining the maximum quality, and with a cut / join option?
Free is obviously preferred, but if software is good enough then paid isn't a problem either. It will not be more than hard drive anyway I think!
Thanks.
PS: By the way, I have already tried one free one called FreeMake Converter or something, but the quality is simply awful. So nothing like that.
