SOLTEK SL-75DRV5 questions about Barton

Has anyone installed a Barton 333 on this board w/ 333 DDR?

It depends on which model 75DRV you have, it needs to be a DRV4 rev.P4 or 75DRV5 series Soltek CPU support list for sktA

I tried looking at that PDF but it keeps telling me I need chinese support even after I apply chinese support...

... ok I needed a new copy of Adobe.

The chart lists that FSB 333 was tested ok but no guarantee! :Q

The "no guarantee" just means it's not officially supported If your board is on the note4 or 6 list the chances are excellent you will have no trouble with it. I easily managed 422DDR from my 75MRN despite it's original rating of 333fsb max so their tested good is very reliable.
