UPDATE: SOLVED - The problem was my UPS, for some reason it is sending a shutdown signal to the computer but the software is not giving any notification or logging it, but after removing the data cable to the UPS the computer is no longer randomly shuting down. I have removed the UPS altogether and will monitor my computer for a few days and make sure that is what it is.
Thanks for the help!

Got a problem see if I can get the experts here to give me ideas.
At random intervals my system turns itself off. The screen goes blank and then a few seconds later the computer powers down. I have to hit the power button to power it back up, and then comes up to the windows shut down improperly screen but then restores my session as if it was just asleep. I had my CPU overclocked so I thought that might have something to do with it, so I set it back to safe defaults, and it still does it. I'm running core temp and my logs show that the max temp I hit was 51 degrees on either core (while transcoding video), also it seems to shut down more often when idle then when under load. So, I don't think it is heat related. Actually It seems to happen less under load, I can't remember it doing it at all while playing a game, but it did it once while I was typing this. I ran memtest86 on it for 18 hour yesterday with no errors. Unless someone has any other suggestions I'm going to run prime95 in stress test mode on it tonight and see what happens.
So here are my specs:
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit
CPU: Intel E2160 @ 1.80 (had it at 3.0 for several months)
MB: MB GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R 775
Video: EVGA 512-P3-N801-AR 8800GT
RAM: DDR2-800 (2x2)
I don't remember what the PSU is, I'll open the case and find out and edit this to include the info.
I am running dual monitors with a Benq 2400W LCD and an old samsung syncmaster 900p.
The only thing I have added recently is the Benq monitor, before that I had a 19' CRT dualed with my syncmaster.
I am always installing software, just installed Left 4 Dead and Titan Quest.
Thanks for the help!
