Bob Marley - No Woman No Cry - ACTUAL COVER WITH BAND/SINGER! I'm on Keyboards!

Went to Couples Swept Away - Negril, Jamaica for Honeymoon... They had a talent show, with auditions beforehand. I was too busy snorkeling with the wife to make the auditions, but they did last minute participation if interested. I had enough Jamaican Rum to volunteer, told them I played keyboards and would play No Woman No Cry. Then I did it, with a full band and singer. No practice at all. Few flubs here and there but got some Appleton Jamaican Rum for my troubles!

Thanks! Though I love Tool, don't think I'd be able to do that one the justice it deserves. With these covers, it's weird. The song typically has to be stuck in my head. The season finale of Bates Motel used Lady in Red and it just remained in my noggin. This one took about 4 hours to record all the parts which is a decent chunk of time to be fixated on just one song. Will definitely consider it. 90s alternative is one of my favorite genres. Thanks for the comments.

This isn't the best of covers I have done, but I put too many hours into the project not to put it up on youtube. Plus I haven't done one of these in several months.

Spent a long time on this project and ended up crashing Audacity about 5 times while recording. Thank god Audacity was able to recover it each and every time or I may have had a meltdown. I saw NIN live at the Tinley Park concert last month and the song stuck with me again. Hope you enjoy!
