Somethings louD...in my case!!!

I need some help. I am running to 80mm vantec stealth fans for intake, 2 28db blue led fans for outtake, turbolink 420 watt psu, a 36 gig hd, and a asus p4b533 mobo with volcano 7+. the fans are quiet, the volcano 7+ is only spinngin 3100 rpm, hd is barely noticable. Hmmm, whats loud in my case? could it be the mobo. its like a high pitch hummin noise..thanks for any help.

my volcano 7+ has a sort of high pitch to it...just enough to notice. otherwise, perhaps your video card fan or power supply would be my guess. i usually take the ghetto approach and try to put my ear up to all the components to figure it out.

try turning off fans one by one to see which fans are the noisiest.. im guessing its the volc 7+

not the volcano 7+, to me, it sounds like the regular stock hsf tat came with my 1.6A. so far, i really think its my mobo. My gainward ti4200 vid card came with a fan but its pretty quiet.. its jus a high pitch sound, not really really loud, but loud enough. the fans are quiet until i put my ear next to them then they get only a big louder.
