Sound Card upgrade

I've been using the onboard sound of my 680i mobo and want something that will ouput 5.1 to my A/V reciever either by optical or coaxial for surround in games.

I also need something that will work under Vista 32bit, ive been eyeing up the Turtle Beach Montego seems decent and a good price.. any suggestions would be great
