on my other pc (not the one in the sig) i just put in a new mobo (gigabyte ds3) and reinstalled vista 64 bit. I have a soundblaster audigy se and i installed the drivers correctly. When i open and close programs or even scroll down a page the music gets distorted and kinda like in slow motion. I think i even had this problem before i installed the drivers. Any ideas?
