Space Shuttle Tribute Songs

Here we go.......just heard the first of what I'm sure will be many 'tribute' songs to the Shuttle. It sounded like something thrown together in about 10 minutes, just so they can say they were the first to have it on the air. Came from KBBL in Dallas (or some call letters like that). (Isn't KBBL the call letters for the radio station in the Simpsons?)

Just listen to "The Dance" by Garth Brooks. He wrote that song as a dedication to the Challenger crew (among others).

Haha, funny you should mention that, but indeed it does sound countryish.

They played it on the 'lite hits' station here in Hartford though, but they made sure to say it came from their sister station in Dallas.
