Lately I've been getting a lot of spam on all of my many e-mail addresses for crap like prescription drugs and I can't find a spam filter than can filter them out... they make it past gmail's filters, yahoo's filters, comcast's filters, and Thunderbird's filters. Other than rejecting all e-mail from addresses not in a list I create, is there any way to get rid of that crap? Reporting it as spam to comcast or yahoo or gmail doesn't seem to do anything... in fact, it almost seems like I get more after reporting it to comcast.
