Crap, one other post. I find it a bit rude when I hear "Para español marque el número uno."
I'd prefer something like: Para servicio al cliente en español marque el número uno por favor.
Or:
Si desea servicio al cliente en español... por favor marque el número dos
Spanish can be big on formality and pleasantry. Hispanics in the US will probably give you a pass as they understand what you are up to (translating from English to Spanish), but I feel it is really rude if you have International customers. Some people may disagree with me, but that's the feeling I have.
