Yes, I have. The Axiom m3ti is a reknown "giant killer" speaker. Basically, what I mean is that it performs like a much more expensive speaker.
It has a titanium tweeter which makes the sound very lively/dynamic. Great for home theater. The mids are spot-on crystal clean with a strong bass. It's wrapped in very attractive vinyl to boot.
The only real issue to consider is the titanium tweet. Some people finds such tweets rather bright, but with a good design the harshness is gone. Mating it with a solid state receiver instead of a smooth tube amp will also run more risk of titanium tweets sounding bright. With the Axiom, however, this is not a problem. The m3ti is an exceptional speaker for the price and has won MANY magazine "speaker fo the year" and "budget speaker" awards. The magazine reviews are listed on the website for reference.......You can also ask questions on the Axiom website forum. Many audiophiles congregate there and are a good source of info.
Another speaker you should consider is the
Ascend Acoustics monitor. VERY good. It has a more homely look but the sound kicks arse.
Go to
Audio Review.com for user ratings on both speakers. They are both
very/u] highly rated.
