Speedfan Vcore readings

The board is the DFI Ultra-d NF4

Why is there such a difference between vcore voltages?

My vcore in the bios is set to 1.4.

I'm not sure what the vcore2 reading is. The vcore1 appears to be the correct one. There is also a fairly large difference between mine, 1.46 and 1.17.
