speeding is stupid... i have to go to court tomorrow becuase my friend was pulled over for 115 mph in a 50 mph.. and i was in the car.. so i have to go testify :disgust:

Speeding isnt fun, its necessary. If Im not going 5-10 over Ive got someone riding my tail pipe. I dont like that. So instead Im sitting on the tailpipe of the jackass in front of me who is going 35 in a 50mph zone.

Never been pulled over. Usually pretty cautious, since I get my senior liscence in a month and if I get a ticked before then i have to wait another 6....usually never more than 10 over, but a time or two I've gone up to 80(fastest road i drive on is 55).

Not me driving? Boss driving in Europe in a Benz...we were around 140mph.

Not like you could change lanes and let them pass. Speeding depends on the situation. On a straight, flat freeway with no one in miles, eh...

63 over. Wow, that actually sounds like a lot!

But that was an rare occurence...I typically don't go above 30 over. And if you think I am some crazed racecar driver-wannabe risking everybody's life and limb, it is a daily rite for cars to do 80 in a 55 during rush hour here. That's 25 over.

Speeding tickets? Once in about 11 years of driving. You can speed, you just have to know what you are doing and when to do it.

Cant move to other lanes if it is a 2 lane road (1 each way). I have pulled to the side of the road to let people pass before, but I dont do that often. I cant stop speeding now, Im just used to doing it

well.... there's a story... kinda... that is why i have to testify...
we were only going 80-ish and i'm "ok" with that... but then all of a sudden there was car riding up right behind us... so my friend without thinking slams the gas... trying to get this guy off his tail... turns out to be a cop.... but he didn't turn his lights on till we were well over 100

122 in a 63 zone AKA 195 in a 100 (in km/hour).

It was in a one-way surrounded by trees. Impecably safe to all except for me of course, but it was to test out speed. it was a sprint up to that speed and a hard break down. Normally I don't speed much at all. On crowded roads severe speeding is terribly asinine and those who are caught should be punished severely.

187 in a 100kmh (117 in a 60mph), that's 87kmh over, driving across ontario from buffalo to detroit.
