I can't wait for the f#@*!^g movie. How do you think it will turn out? So far, every super-hero film, the exception being the X-Men, has drawn a vacuum. Do you think the Spider-Man thing will rate?

I just learned there was a spider man movie coming out, like a week ago.
Im hyped to see it. It will be good, just cuz its spider man on the silver screen.

All depends on who plays Peter Parker. No not spider man that doen't mean shiit. Few outside the comic world realize that spider man is a charchter story about a guy who whanted to be anything but a super hero! He got drug into by circumstnce and his concience. He put his life aside not becuase he wanted to not becuase it was convienent but becuase he had too so he shrugs it off whith a grin and a few sarcastic jokes.

If they can capture that its a good movie if not its a guy in tights!

I thought xmen was decent, but nothing special.

Xodarap: Right on . I've read Spider-Man since Amazing Fantasy #15. Hopefully the movie will capture Peter Parker a bit more than Spider-Man.

Sorry to disappoint you guys but, Toby Maguire of October Sky and Wonder Boys fame will play Peter Parker. I can't believed they picked someone so girly to be Spiderman.

Spiderman was my all time favorite comic and I was real happy when James Cameron was going to make it. But things happened and now Sam Raimi will make it. He of Darkman fame(oh joy) :disgust:
