Staple Rebate Problems

Did anyone has problem receiving rebate from Staples? I've sent in three rebate forms, and upcs, but they always replied that my UPCs are invalid. But I am sure they are. Anyone else has this problem? I am sending in my rebates the third time. Does anyone has a phone number of their rebate center so I can call?

I sent in the UPC code and got the same message. But they were nice enough, on the website, to provide an address to send another one. It will arrive in time. This sounds fishy though, because I'm sure I sent in the copy. Of course I had it scanned to cover myself. Hopefully it goes through this time.

IMO the Staples rebate center kicks butt; my DC240 rebate took 1 month then I had the check in my hands. That's really not bad: Quantum = 4 months :/
