flow to the sink. Coolermaster isn't a bad company, but AMD has certified some coolers with different manuf. AMD CPU's do get fairly hot. So I think you probebly have the wrong cooler ?
The Aopen case HQ-45 is not a bad case but the PSU does speed up the fan a little to late to my judgement.
Better is to look to certified fan's and place and extra fan under in the case.
CPU temperture should stay in the 50 degrees celcius, mine a 1 GHz AMD stays about 42-47 degrees celcius. Also not forget if you have a TNT2 chipset card to cool this one extra, the normal fan placed by manuf. are too weak. card temp rises to 80 degrees under playing games.
