I use O&O's complete defrag option at least a couple times a month -- it will organize files by name/directory, date accessed, or date modified (whichever option you select) into a single contiguous space. I know that doesn't necessarily give better performance than a normal built-in defrag, but it gives me peace of mind
So I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to disable the mini-defrag during idle tasks that moves out the layout.ini files. Is this even possible?
