I recently install an x800 pro vivo with catalyst 5.9. When I went to play a video, there was a noticable gitter or skipping especially when things were moving slowly. This was a video i got from my friend, because i just recently reformated.
Its strange because only video from him seems to be skipping while other files are working fine. It donesn't matter if it plays from hd or cd same thing happens.
Does anyone know what this problem could be? BTW, its not his burner becuase vids tranfered through other means do the same.
