I recently purchased a Soltek EQ3801 barebones system to build around... I know its not the best form factor for cooling, but I have to keep the wife happy (to some extent 😉)

I've put in it a AMD64 2800+, 2x256MB DDR400 dimms, a old 802.11b dlink wifi card, radeon 9600 pro, 80GB SATA (boot drive), 120GB PATA (storage), dvd-rom, dvd-rw.
I've put a small amount of arctic silver5 between the cpu and cooler (using the stock one that came with it... aluminum with a small copper section in the base where it makes contact, and it has a 80mm fan that does <3000rpm).
As a slight mod (how can you not do something?) I removed the 250w psu from the case (I have a severe dislike for low wattage and unknown brand psus) and mounted a 480w Antec 'True Blue' PSU on the back (I'll have to take some pics). It's lined up so its fan on the bottom is against the back of the case sucking air out, and the fan on the back of the PSU points up (hot air rises...).
There is also a blower down the right side of the case which sucks air from next to the cpu out the back.
I've been testing it with the case off, but the cpu hovers around 68C on 100% load, and around 52-54C idle.
Is there any other HSF which might help? I've got room for about 80x80x70 max (heatsink and fan)
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
