Suggestions for mobo for e7300?

Just bought an e7300chip for 120, and now am looking for a good budget board to put it in. I want to overclock to at least 3.33 Ghz, but I would like to try getting it 4.0.
Anyone have any suggestions on a good motherboard to go with this chip? I want the board as cheap as possible since it defeat the purpose of building a budget overclocker if I bought an expensive motherboard. I don't really need many features except it would be good if the board could do SLI or crossfire. I am willing to sacrifice that though if the board is exceptionally cheap.

I have and love the GA-EP35-DS3L. Was $90 when I bought it about half a year ago. Not sure how much now. Rock solid, and with tons of overclocking options. YMMV, but mine can do 500 FSB stable without touching any volts (except vcore). Overclocked my E6300 to 500x7 (3.5ghz).

Doesn't have SLI nor crossfire, though.

I am running on a single 9600 GT... so not a problem for me .

I'd look at one of the new p43 or g43 boards (with hdmi support). Mine has 2 ddr2 and 2 ddr3 slots, and is made by asrock.

A P45 chipset would give you some pretty good OC'ing results. It also has Crossfire but at only 8x/8x.

Well if you don't need DDR3 (I'm guessing you don't if you are building a budget machine), the only difference between P35 and P45 would be crossfire support. Right now the EP35-DS3L can be had for $85, so it's up to you to decide whether you want to pay $25 extra for crossfire.

Thanks for the suggestions. Does anyone know anything about 750i SLI? I saw an MSI board for a decent price of 120. That gigabyte board looks pretty good too, but it's hard to decide between nvidia and ati at this point.
Also does anyone know if the 6x0 chipsets work with these new 45 nm cores? A lot of them are really cheap now.
This looks awesome since it does triple pci-express 16 and 8 slots, but it has some really really bad reviews...

After doing some more research seems like most 6x0 boards don't do 45 nm chips well though saw that the Abit Fatal1ty based on a 650i chipset had a new bios update that allowed them some support. Overclocking doesn't seem that great though I could probably get to 3.33 since they can support e8400s. Price is really nice though at around about 50-60 with SLI and 4 ram slots.
Also what's the difference between p45 and p43? Saw this on Amazon and it looks almost exactly like p45 version. I have an amazon GC I've been trying to use so I was wondering about it.
