I am working on building a multi OS PC and would like some input on the best partitioning and installation on the system. My primary OS, for now, will be Win 98SE although I also want to install 2000 with service pack 1. I also want to install a linux variant and would appreciate any suggestions on installing this system.
I have started a thread in the mothrboards section regarding video/sound for use with an Abit KT7A system. Any suggestions there would be appreciated too.
I plan on using Boot Magic 5.0 as a loader for the system.
As to my selection of OS's:
1] 98SE, - 'cause it is what I use primarily now
2] 2000 SP1 - 'cause I got it and would like to play around with it
3] Linux - 'cause I want to play with it and grew up with command line OS's and 300 baud acoustic couplers. I think it would be a nice departure from MS.
Anyway, any suggestions on a Linux version and the best partitioning/installation of such a system will be appreciated.
