Not all manual labour requires you to be big and strong. You could sand doors, do landscaping (mowing, weeding, digging). Many construction jobs can be done by anyone - painting, hanging drywall, sawing, sorting, sanding, etc. In fact the majority of manual labour doesn't require terribly much strength or size.
Movie theater or amusement park.
Pollen allergies are extremely common, and so is the medication to treat them (which actually WORKS). However I'm not surprised to see excuses from you. Also, I have pretty bad pollen allergies (I take medications for it, but it doesn't really help). Seriously, I can't do outdoor work because of these kinds of issues. (Pollen allergies are crippling)

Guys, this is a trident troll thread. He purposely asks a question just so he can come up with an excuse for every single thing.

Stop being worthless at everything, find some one thing you actually give a shit about, love it, learn it, become fucking amazing at it.
The money will follow and your summer will be well spent.
ACTUAL SUGGESTION
Get an online job? There are tons if you know where to look and you can make decent money. I've been doing it all through college and I make around $300 a week
An online job? I don't know any programming languages, cannot do web design... I don't really know of an online job that I could do besides maybe be a shill on AT videocard and graphics department for nVidia.
I don't know how it is in sheepland, but I have taken the medications for a LONG time. I know they don't work from experience. I took them religiously, everyday for years. They did nothing to help. Zyrtec, Claritin, etc. I haven't gotten shots though. I hear those work significantly better but don't relieve symptoms completely.
They were the equivalent of taking a homeopathic pill... They really did nothing for me.
Go work at a call center. They employ tons of talentless people. You'll be told just what to do, have a cheat sheet of stuff and don't have to think much. Let's see an excuse for that one.
You do know there are a certain type of people trained in helping with things like that? I think they're called doctors and they give prescriptions for things to help with the symptoms but why am I telling you this, you'll just make up yet another excuse why you can't do it. I went to the doctor, got a prescription for Flonase, and WOW, no more allergies.

I went to doctors too. Wow, they gave me stuff and it didn't work. I remember getting all kinds of weird shit when I was younger. None of it helped. I just had to stay inside all day with no windows open ever. Doors could not open for a little bit. Even with all that, it still acted up because of people coming in and out sometimes or letting the dogs in and out. Sucks.
Also, I don't know if I'll have health insurance over the summer to cover costs for prescriptions/visits. (While in school, have health insurance. Out of school? No clue)
What kind of call center? Tech support, I can probably deal with that... Telemarketing... no.
Yeah just tech support, general customer service. Not sales.
There are several around here that are always hiring. Huge turnover. Shitty places to work but it's a job.
Why are they so shitty? I don't understand. I could play solitaire while I do tech support. "I need a red seven, hmm... What is that you were saying? Your house is on fire? A red seven..."
Well if you like it, keep at it. For me, being trapped in a little cube all day would suck.
