I looked over the compatible RAM list, and I didn't find this RAM:

I'd assume that it is compatible.

More then likely it would work great, plenty have used ST memory in there mobo and gotten great results.

I have the exact same Ram on the same Motherboard DS3 (rev 3.3 F10 bios) and works like a champ.
