I was looking at getting an Antec SX1030b but I have a control panel for my speakers on a drive bay and I didn't think the door would close. So I ordered the Supermicro. It might be overkill but I think it will be a good case for future upgrades. Anyone have this case and if so what is your opinion of it?
Thanks

I had one for almost a year but decided to sell it... was just too loud and too big for my tastes. Very roomy, high quality case tho. The metal is rounded so there's seriously no chance of scrathes or cuts. Everything is simple and ez to work with. Fits pretty much anything you wanna throw in there. Don't like how the HD mount only holds two HD's but I guess there are more than enough external 5.25" in case you need to install more.

I think the Addtronics version has sliderails for the 5.25" bays which is kinda kewl.

I really like mine that I have had for close to 3 years now. You can get extra internal HD mounts. The case is pretty loud if you have pretty much all the fan spots filled.

i've had an SC750A for about 1 1/2 years and absolutely love it. There are a lot of full tower cases out there, but this supermicro really stands out from them all. I've never read a bad review of it...it costs a little more, but you're definitely getting quality for your money.

I have one on my second rig. I've had it for about 2 yrs now, and love it. Its a bit loud, but the quality is excellent.

I have had one for 2 years. Its very big well built and has a lot of room. Bad thing is its too heavy, too loud. My next case will be Aluminum no doubt about that.

The only bad thing about the Supermicros and the Addtronics is that you have to remove the front bezel to take off the side panels. Normally this is not a problem but it makes having a baybus a little tricky. If anyone has found a good way around this please let me know. That is my only gripe.
