that dude was one of the first "leaders" that people didn't hate and he was going really good

that is one thing i'll give him, never in this game has someone taken the leader position and survived for any long time spans without either giving it up or getting voted off. although with how the game forced one to be recognized as such may have shifted that dynamic somewhat.

Darn, that's not the way one wants to leave the show, particularly when they are doing so well and being very effective. Apparently he's tried desperately for a long time to be on the show as well, making it even more difficult and unfortunate.

He should be proud of himself tho.

Mike on Foa Foa is leader and still going strong, although he hasn't really been shown as doing much, if any, actual leading... but he's in good position being so quiet...

Evil Russell(my fav this season to watch and root for) doing all his mind games, and the mess of weak teammates that keep popping up like Ben and Ashlee(for screwing up the eating challenge) sets up Mike to go pretty far in the game (again, as long as he keeps mostly quiet). I hope Liz goes next... she's no good for Russell's game

The preview for next week makes it obvious that Foa Foa wins the next immunity challenge since it showed Russel at the other camp.

That kind of confused me, because IIRC, Russell wanted the tarp but the rest of the tribe wanted blankets and pillows. Hmm, maybe just the women?

I remember him saying on camera that they weren't going to be happy when the rain soaked all the bedding but that he'd go along with the wishes of the tribe.
