It looks like Russel is on the choping bloc next week. I don't think it's his time to go yet and he will either get an immunity or something will happen and somebody else will get voted out.

I like Russel, he is the most entertaining player.


Poor Erik never saw it coming. He should have played his immunity.

I also like Shambo, she is not very smart but she is likable and calls it as she sees it.

That was pretty stupid of Russell to use the idol, granted he showed it to way to many people, but still.

Russell's problem was that he panicked as soon as he wasn't in control of the game. He didn't believe that his Foa Foa tribemates had convinced the others to vote for Erik. That not only resulted in him using the idol in vain, but it shows that he probably won't do well if others take the reins and start controlling the game. He should've used this as an opportunity to share the control with others, but he just couldn't do it.

I wish Erik had stayed, as he was one of the ones pushing for Monica to go. I can't wait 'til she's gone.

Watching Erik pour gasoline on himself as the others waited to cremate him was a delight. Russell might have panicked by using his idol, but he may have wanted to go back to camp with a clean slate since everyone knew he had it.

There would be much less chicks in bikinis so that'll never happen. The episode this season where they gave everyone their swim suits and then had them fight it out in water was so clearly a ratings grabber.

When John (Rocket Scientist) walked into the group of them talking, including Russel, and just grabbed Kelly? (Hot Blond) and pulled her to the side?

Russell was right there to see it and that was pure emotion (John grabbing Kelly and pulling her aside) and not game play. He should have been able to read that and save the immunity idol.

Fantastic episode.

YEEAAAAAH!!!!! I was nervous the might try and go for Natalie... WOOOHOOO!!!!! It's almost better that Laura stayed because she has to live through the aftermath. With Shambo on their side it's now 5-5!!!

I think that was the first time I've ever seen the Immunity Idol played successfully.

Russell has changed the game for all future tribes with how the immunity idol is viewed. He took the game to it instead of waiting for clues, and that's the way it will be done from now on.

I'm giving Shambo the benefit of the doubt that she wants her original tribe members to believe she's still aligned with them. That way it will be even more of a surprise when she flips sides next week to cause a 5-5 clusterfuck.
