SWEET! My 9500PRO Shipped today!

I can't believe it. I saw a deal over at Techbargains.com for a 9500 PRO from TechDepot.com. Cost was $197 shipped after a $15 coupon. I ordered 4:45 tonight, just checked the site and there is a Tracking #.

There were 58 available when I ordered and 0 left around 4 hours later. I will be sending back my Albatron P-Turbo to NewEgg for a refund and will post a comparison of the two.

Now, all I need is a T-Bred processor to go with the Corsair XMS-3200CS and 9500 PRO I just bought....where is that credit card? LOL!

Yeah, I read there was a $20 rebate on retail models too but it is not on the ATI web site (yet?). Definitely something to keep an eye out for.

That's the 9500 (non-pro) with 128 MB RAM. BIG difference in performance.

The 9500 Pro's little brother. Less pipes, 4 to be exact.

Radeon 9500 -> performance similiar to ti4200, but with DX9.
Radeon 9500 Pro -> performance betweenti 4600 and radeon 9700(non -pro)

ATI doesnt even list a 9500 non-pro on their website...?

The story goes is that they don't manufacture them directly. There wil be ATi branded 9500 Pro's but as for the 9500 non pro it will be completely third party.

I was lucky my Wife let me get the card in the first place...LOL!
