Just because we're no longer offering the individual full-cover heat sinks doesn't mean that we're abandoning our customers. You can still purchase our MC800-SMC cooling kits that provide individual heat sinks for the ram and VRM/MOSFETs. Demand for the full-cover heat sinks has dropped dramatically since we first offered them and therefore the decision was made to no longer produce them.
