If you have a logitech mouse get logigamer , not only can you make as many profiles as you want but it extends the functions available to the mouse buttons. For example if you dont use side scrolling (mx1000) you can set the buttons to copy or paste, or whatever, the list is long.

I have multiple profiles, and Ive even gone so far as to use logi's "gKeyboardHook extended key remapping utility" to map my f12 and f11 keys to two different profiles so that I can switch it on the fly in game. Theres a 1 second pause while driver reloads but then all is well.
Create 2 profiles with to different sensitivities, say ProfA & ProfB
- Assign an extended key, e.g. F13 to a mouse button in ProfA, F14 in ProfB.
- In gKeyBoardHookConfig assign F13 to launch a program. In this case it can be "<path to LGL>\LogiGamerLITE.exe ProfA /q" and F14 to "<path to LGL>\LogiGamerLITE.exe ProfB /q".
So when you press the button (F13) it will apply ProfA and that profiles axis sensitivities and press same button again (now F14) to Apply ProfB with diff sensitivities
This guy has created some sweet software.
