System beep at startup, won't launch

I have had this system up for about 4 months. About every 5th time I start the system it will not boot and give 3 system beeps. I have to upplug it and start it again and it will launch. It's wierd because it happens so randomly. It purrs like a kitten when it's up and running. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

Probably psu.
But you could try changing the Suspend Mode to off OR increasing the # of seconds to enter suspend from default.
