System performance

I have a KT-7 Raid board with a T-Bird 900. My problem is system performance. Everything works fine. No lock-ups or stuttering but what I have noticed is a decrease in performance. I'll use the seti@home unit crunching time as an example. When I first installed Win2k(os that i use) i was getting a time of 4 hrs to crunch a unit. I had to move a couple of pci cards around because of instability and now crunch time is 13 hrs!!!

Now, this is my current set-up:
Creativelabs GeForce2 GTS in AGP slot
Soundblaster Live (value) in PCI 3
3Com NIC in PCI 4
LinkSys NIC in PCI 6

In system information, this is what it says:
IRQ 11 Nvidia/GeForce2 GTS
IRQ 11 VIA USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 11 VIA USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 11 LNE100TX Fast Ethernet Adapter
IRQ 11 3Com Etherlink XL PCI TPO NIC
IRQ 11 Creative SB Live! Basic(WDM)

Is this the cause of degraded performance? Any suggestions?

ok im suprised you have a stable system with all these things on irq 11 damn free that irq

That's the way WIN2K works. The real IRQ is kinda a place holder, 2k uses Virtual IRQs to get the job done. I think the only way to resolve this is to got to a bare minimum config, get your baseline (you might have to do a fresh 2k install) and add hardware/drivers one at a time to find the offender.
