T-bred 2200+ to 2ghz?

I have a new AIRGA 2200+ tbred. I can currently up the fsb from 133 to 140 and post in a working stable windows XP at 1904mhz. Anything above 140 wont go to windows. It posts but not go all the way into windows. I get a BSOD. now Im running 512 of samsung original Pc2700, and Im watercooling. No reason it shouldnt get into windows at 2ghz. Anyone have any ideas. I also get problems with multipliers below 13x. I have to clear the cmos to get back to the bios. Any ideas.

A few questions:

1. Did you unlock the cpu by connecting the last L3 bridge?
2. What motherboard are you using?
3. What vcore setting?

Several things could be causing your problem, including a cpu that may not be able to do 2000 mhz.

The cpu is not unlocked.
I am using a KX7-333r
Vcore is default.

Since your water cooling I'll presume the temps are excellent and suggest you try bumping the Vcore up a bit.

Yeah, I agree with DAPUNISHER. Bump your vcore up little by little until you're stable in windows. You might also consider setting the DRAM Command Rate in the bios to 2T Command, at least until you've determined the limits of the cpu.
