Sheesh. Talk about stupid rules. I'd get fired my first day.

I am assuming this is from their call center. I recently heard that any given time eBay has over 2000 Call Center employees logged in to handle the outrageous number of phone calls.

That's just ridiculous though... what if they have to tell someone something's on fire? Do they just get up and leave quietly and hope everyone else gets out ok?

heh at the last place i worked we had the same policy. needless to say nobody fallowed it.

Before we left we put in place onother policy. NO restroom breaks! We had a time for people to go twice a day. Wich happend to be the same time breakes were.

Safe Harbor is their dispute/fraud department. They put a help wanted add in the Salt Lake Tribune a few times a year for their Safe Harbor call center in the area. It's funny because the add states that one of the requirements is a college degree, and they pay like $9 an hour.
