TCP ACK packets priority

Hello!
With my 512/128 connection, if i max out my upload speed all my downloads will die...
I know theres a way to fix this, if we set the priority of the ack packets (from the incomming data) to higher than the other packets (data packets that are beeing uploaded) the download speed wont be so affected by the upload.
I know this is possible to do, but all the info i can find is "how to do it using linux".
My question is, is it possible to do this using Windows?

I've only seen the ACK thing done in Linux or *BSD. You might want to take a look at Netlimiter for Windows. It won't prioritize certain packets, but you can easily set limits on uploads or downloads for any program dynamically.

Im already using NetLimiter but, with my 512/128, if i allow more than 8Kb/s upload the downloads will drop, this really pisses me off!
