"Hot" was when Target had the Maxell miniDV tapes (60's) for $1.94. Too bad I only could find (1) left.

$22.50 or $4.50 each just became $7.00

I cancelled. I think Walgreens has a better deal at their B&M with a MIR.

For 10, the total would be $58.50 - but I don't need 10.

This store has Sony DVM60PR for $4.99 and Panasonic AY-DVM63PQ for $4.79 in increments of 5. They also sell Sony cleaning tapes for $10. I bought 5 DVM tape, and a cleaning tape for $41.50. They do charge $6.55 shipping, but delivery was superfast. They also have SONY DVM-60EX for $7.99.

And it is Rite-Aid B&M that has the Fuji DVC 2-Pack for $13.99-$4.00MIR=$9.99 final. Walgreens has the 16 pack AA or AAA Duracells for $4.99 after MIR.

No Rite-Aid where I live so the net of $6.45/tape from Costco is looking pretty good.

If I could get the net down to $4/tape I'd buy 10 though.. ie including shipping & tax for California.

Those 2-pack Fuji DVC-60s are a good deal at Rite Aid for $13.99-$4MIR=$9.99.

However, the rebate is for one pack only. The clerk told me I could buy another 2-Pack on a separate receipt - fill out the online rebate for one and mail in the other with no problem.

The chips are for marking/indexing scenes as well adding titles etc.

Only usefull if your cam supports them - check first.
