i noticed that too. but i found it elsewhere for $45.

I'll bet it's aTechNet subscription bundled with the TechNet magazine.
You'll get some software along with the subscription.

I get the TechNet magazine (MCSE=qualified professional) and I wouldn't pay for it
if that was the only way to get it.
