This has been all over the news in my area (just south of where it happened). What surprises me is that so many analysts seem to think the girl had no involvement in the case and was actually kidnapped.

With the promiscuous looking photos posted on her BLOG website and the conversations with her concerned friends, telling them to "stay out of it" (in reference to her relationship with Ludwig), does anyone else think she might have had a part in the plot to kill her parents?

Police seem baffled by the fact that Ludwig bothered to argue with her parents for an hour before shooting them both. Why is it so hard to think that maybe he was trying to persuade them to allow he and the girl to continue dating, and when all else failed, eliminated the problem by force.

Further, police seem to be using the fact that the girl was "upset and hysterical" at the end of the high-speed chase which ended in a crash. Wouldn't anyone be hysterical if they were just the passenger in a car doing 90mph into oncoming traffic and finally plowing into a tree?

Lastly, the fact that the relationship is believed to be of a sexual nature, considering the age of the girl involved, could not her hormones and whatever else have gotten in the way of rational thought and convinced her that her boyfriends intent to murder her parents would be the best thing for their relationship?

The police and analysts seem completely closed to these ideas, and I'm baffled as to why they aren't even being considered. They haven't even questioned her yet, but are already proclaiming her innocence.

Girlfriend is sole witness. Much easier to convict shooter with her cooperation. She will be better believed if she is portrayed as merely a victim. The foregoing is merely my speculation, but our "justice" system tends to work this way, i.e., "flipping" co-conspirators to make a case against the main perp, plea bargains, etc. -- all for the sake of "efficacy" and the DA's conviction rate.

Actually, the key witness is the girlfriend's younger sister (age 13) who hid in the bathroom during the whole event. A younger brother (age 9) was also at the scene and fled to a neighbors house, informing them that his parents had just been shot and to call 911.

Authorities seem to be acting on the circumstances that no malicious intent could be recovered from her computer or website. But why would she post malicious intent on her website if there's a possibility her parents could see it? It seems to me that the police and analysts are really jumping the gun on her innocence, especially since there are 2 other eye witnesses.

And I still suspect some level of expediency in their decsion.

I understand and agree with your point here, but this only really explains why the DA would portray her as a victim. I just recently watched a video on the topic in which former FBI profiler Clint Van Zandt gave his analysis. Despite any evidence for either case, Mr. Van Zandt immediately takes the side of her innocence, seeming to cast away the possibility of her involvement, yet I can't seem to find any reason for him to do so as he is not involved in the prosecution here.
