Hello,
I stopped watching TV completely about a couple months ago and I used to watch about 2 hours of TV a day with just various shows on several channels. But today I watched the the last few innings of the Giants baseball game with my dad and after it was finished I started watching some random shows. Before you know, it I spent an hour watching TV. I actually wanted to go to the gym right after the baseball game but for some reason I wanted to see what was on TV. I felt it was a waste of time for the shows, is this a result of TV "programming"? I am going to avoid the TV now as much as I can as I feel better not watching any shows at all. I still went to the gym though. Also, I noticed this on YouTube as well. I will want to watch a specific type of video and end up at different videos and spend much more time on YouTube then originally intended. Is the same thing going on there? Possibly?
Thanks,
Matt
