temps for 1.2 Duron

I need a recommendation for a mid priced HS/F for my 1.2 Duron.I'm running at 45 celcius with no load.
Seems a little high. The HS/F is an AMD factory model that came with a 1 gig Duron.Also, I live in Vancouver, and the stores up here seem to carry a lot of different stuff than in the States.Nobody sells Swiftech up here.Lots of JMC and Thermaltake, Arkua.

What are your system specs? What temps do you get at full load? (as in ambient temp and cpu temp)

room temp is cool. cpu temp floats around 45
