Testing Ram for CAS and settings???

I have purchase some ram memory with a claimed rating of CAS 2 6-3-3 2T Running @ DDR400Mhz PC3200.

When I install this in my computer, what software can I use to validate their claimed ratings?

Make sure that it's set to those settings in your BIOS first.

The memory goes into a Dell computer which apparently reads the SPD for its settings. What software is there that can read the SPD to validate the memory chips claimed settings?

Sorry bout not metioning the Dell.
