I was 205 lbs at 5'10" when I was with my ex. Quite beefy.
After dumping her, I jogged 4 miles every other day (which isn't that bad) and worked out. I didn't follow a particular diet and ate whatever I wanted BUT never binged. I made sure my calorie intake was less than calorie burning.
I was 163 lbs after 4 months. Not the most cut/musular, but looked damn good compared to flabby 205lbs and FELT GREAT.

Fuck steak. I could go the rest of my life without steak. Bacon is godly, and the only thing wrong with it is it's hard to eat enough. Filling up on bacon would be expensive, and costly to health.
