Eating organic is healthy + make you lose weight, wtf?
That pedestrian ignorance is why organic industry is laughing their way to the bank.
I was 205 lbs at 5'10" when I was with my ex. Quite beefy.
After dumping her, I jogged 4 miles every other day (which isn't that bad) and worked out. I didn't follow a particular diet and ate whatever I wanted BUT never binged. I made sure my calorie intake was less than calorie burning.
I was 163 lbs after 4 months. Not the most cut/musular, but looked damn good compared to flabby 205lbs and FELT GREAT.
No organic bullshit. Shopped at the cheapest groceries.
I agree. Never binge on food (or anything that makes a person feel good). It is the best way to enjoy it.
No digestive system queuing back an endless stream of messages : "Are you insane ?", "Is the next ice age coming ?", "Are we going to start hibernating ?", "Are we decapitated ?", "Is there still a brain functioning up there ?", " I'm giving her all she's got, captain !"
