Both seem highly Electable, but neither seem good candidates for the Job.
It would be a real shame if we started picking candidates for popularity instead of qualifications. Hopefully with the example Trump is setting, we will be more wary int he future.

We're less than four months into Donald Trump's presidency, but it's never too early to speculate (or fantasize, depending on your perspective) about 2020.

One of Trump's possible 2020 foes is apparently Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, who recently told GQ that running for president one day is a "real possibility." Bovada listshis odds to win the election at 66–1.

How do Americans like the sound of President Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson? Apparently more than they like the sound of President Donald Trump. The Rock currently leads Trump in a prospective election matchup 42% to 37%, according to left-leaning Public Policy Polling, which surveyed 692 registered voters from May 12–14.

The problem for The Rock? While 36% of surveyed voters see him favorably compared to 13% negatively, half have no opinion either way. The good news is that PPP has him winning over 15% of people who backed Trump last November, and that both Democrats and Republicans view him favorably.

Whether The Rock is actually seriously interested in a run is an open question. In an Instagram post responding to a Washington Post article from last year analyzing his chances, he said "the most important thing right now is strong honest leadership from our current and future leaders of this country." A classic politician's answer!

When The Rock starts making random trips to Iowa, we'll know he's serious.

I'd really like to see Ben Carson as POTUS. I was rooting for him during last years election, but he was too silent. So it was Lyin' Ted and Trump. At first I thought Ted and then Trump changed my mind. So I voted Trump. HAHAHA. Well, I can't take all the glory, so did many, many other states. Seeing WI vote for Trump was just unreal. I thought Hillary sure as shit would make it in, but I was wrong. I was however 60-40 Trump.

Real Americans ain't gonna vote for nobody who runs a book club.

I just read Amazon is like the biggest stock since like the 1920's. I'd venture a guess in that one of Amazon's most popular products still to this day is books. And by that logic I bet, just bet they would love Dopera.

I'd like to think the time of electing idiot celebrities dies with the trump administration. I'd like to think that anyway.

People still support Trump blindly. We deserve Trump. It will go downhill from here.

I'd vote for Nye.

I've watched quite a few of his discussions and debates. He's no dummy.

Heh... I might actually vote for Tom Hanks if he went up against Trump in 2020. He could be the Ronald Reagan of his era. I don't know what his political convictions are (and at this point, I'm starting not to care... it's becoming pretty obvious that the party and it's donors choose the political convictions for you), but at least know that he knows how sound smarter on TV than Trump does

CNN reported on Monday that “two of her close friends” say Winfrey is “actively thinking” about a White House bid.

I would imagine that Oprah is damn near unstoppable. I would guess over 90% of the black vote and over 75% of the female vote is a virtual lock.

She will run the "you get a car" campaign and win. Why not? It is consistent with the ideals of a large portion of the left wing base.
