well ones immediate reaction is to want to call them morons, but I suppose since half are probably illegals anyway thats probably why they feel so strongly about it.

I don't know for sure, but I bet there are not a whole lot of other countries that have 12 million illegal and undocumented people running around in side thier borders.

Unfortunately I don't think they have. To many Americans have somehow become brainwashed into believing that our culture is bad and we don't have the right to stand up for it, but others do have the right to stand up for their culture. So instead of going to that school taking down that Mexican flag and burning it as should be done, many Americans will stand around and ring their hands and worry about being called bigots, all the while ignoring the out right bigotry going in some of those crowds.

My thoughts on imagration are best said by Teddy Roosevelt.

There have been a lot of protests with people carrying the Mexican flag around here....I have yet to see ONE American flag in the protests. IMHO, its pretty obvious the majority of protestors around here (high schoolers, mainly) don't know what they are fighting for/against, because if they did, they would be carrying at least a few American flags to show that they want to stay in America, as opposed to carrying around Mexican flags and shouting 'viva mexico.'

Well because of what they did at this California, now all schools across the Country are banning flags:

LONGMONT, Colo. Several students were under suspension for flying flags at Skyline High School in a debate over immigration that has sparked debates over free speech and patriotism.

On Friday, some of the students skipped classes and took to the sidewalks outside the school.

"If this country means freedom why can't we fly our own flag? It's ridiculous," said Dustin Carlson, a suspended student.

The walkouts started on Monday when Mexican-American students began protesting the immigration bill now being debated in Washington, which calls for criminalizing illegal immigration.

Several carried Mexican flags which started counter protests from students who bore American flags. That's when the school stepped in.
