I thought my post was pretty clear, but let me try it again. I am a lawyer (yes boohs ahhs, whatever!), but I am generally speaking a pretty small business/little guy representative lawyer. I really don't get off on representing large corporations, and am more often than not interested in helping individuals out where larger companies are just getting away with stuff because they are large companies and not because they are right.
So, the essence of the post, which I apparently didn't make clear in Take 1, is where do you personally have experience with, or do you suspect, larger corporations are taking advantages of smaller companies through adverse practices, such as for instance google selling advertising against other people's copyrights and trademarks? Or is your telecom company adding in numbers in your bill that aren't supposed to be there? Have larger companies been stealing your website design?
Just things like that.
P.S. I am not a litigator, I am a transactional attorney looking to find things to be aware of and sensitive to with drafting contracts and licensing agreements with larger corporations so as to avoid exploitation, etc.
