It's a toss up between Hebrew National and Nathans.

Pinks in hollywood is the best place in LA to get a hotdog. Curiously enough, they don't serve either hebrew national OR nathans.. they serve Hoffy brand hotdogs specially made for Pinks..

My great aunt used to work in Nathan's in Coney Island when they actually used to make stuff by hand. I used to watch her peel, boil and then cut the french fries. Awesome!

Never been a fan of Hebrew, but then again I haven't had one in a long time, do they sell natural casing? The Nathans they sell in stores can sometimes be way too salty for my liking, the ones I have had at their restaurants have always been good, only had them at one in Vegas.
