First of all, now that the mods heard me talking about it, they'd know it was me. Second of all, most programmers competant enough to do this would be a little more mature (not me, I'm the exception ), third of all, ip spoofing is a good idea

spoofing is easy on Win2k and WinXP, as well as any unix system...

However, any tool that does this would probably be abused, esp if account creation can be automated with a script.
It would become a DOS attack for forums...
